What can be changed or modified once the divorce is final?

The court has continuing jurisdiction over custody, parenting time, child support and maintenance.  They can all be modified.  Property settlements are final absent fraud, mistake, or other reasons set forth in Minnesota Statute Section 518.145.  Judgment must be reopened not more than one year from date of entry of the Judgment and Decree.
